Admission Policy

Timberlake Christian Schools admit students of any race, color or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the Schools. The Schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of their educational or admissions policies, hiring, or their scholarship, loan, or other schools-administered programs. This statement of nondiscrimination shall appear in all of the schools’ promotional literature.
Timberlake Christian Schools is a religious, Bible-believing institution providing education in a distinct Christian environment, and it believes that its biblical role is to work in conjunction with the home to mold students to be Christ like. On those occasions in which the atmosphere or conduct within a particular home is counter to or in opposition to the biblical lifestyle that the school teaches, the school reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue enrollment of a student. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, living in, condoning or supporting sexual immorality; practicing homosexual lifestyle or alternative gender identity; promoting such practices; or otherwise having the inability to support the moral principles of the school (Leviticus 20:13a; Romans 1:21-27; Matthew 19:4-6; I Corinthians 6:9-20).

Admission Process for NEW Pre-K-12 Students

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child(ren) in Timberlake Christian Schools. We strive to give your child(ren) a Solid Foundation - Academically and Spiritually.

Timberlake Christian Schools has a two-step process for all NEW students (including siblings of current students).

Step One:

  1. Complete Online Application, which includes paying the non-refundable $50.00 application fee.  You can access this on our home page by clicking on the “online application” button.
  2. Submit the required documents listed on online application and below to the school office by uploading them to online application or via fax, email, or postal mail.
  3. Complete School Testing (K-12 Students) after completing parts 1 & 2. You will be contacted once all documents are received to schedule the testing.  An entrance test is given to all new students in grades K-12 to determine how each student is performing academically in comparison with the grade level he/she is to enter.
  4. Complete Interview (K-12 students) after completing parts 1-2. This interview, conducted at the same time as testing, involves the parents and students in order to review testing results, discuss enrollment and answer questions. Final decision for acceptance is made following the interview and testing. If applying for Kindergarten, student must be age 5 by Sept. 30th.

Step Two:

  1. After Step One is completed, the school office will send the parents an acceptance email and a link to complete Online Enrollment.
  2. Complete Online Enrollment, which includes paying the non-refundable enrollment fee
  3. Submit any additional required documents to the school office by June 1st.  If coming from a public school setting, the physical exam and immunization records will likely be included with the students transcripts.
  4. The business office will contact you when they process your online enrollment forms to make payment arrangements and set up your FACTS agreement for monthly payments, if applicable.

In addition, students in grades 9-12 will meet with the guidance counselor to set up their schedule.

Students will not be allowed to start school until all these steps are completed.

Note:  International students must use the International Student Enrollment packet. Click here for information on the International Language School and International High School Program.
